The gate to the Yangzhou Welfare Institute		 The gate area is of special significance to us. Sarah's paperwork includes an "abandonment certificate" which states that she was found abandoned at the gate of the orphanage on Feb 18th, 1997 by an employee. They estimated her age to be two weeks.
