The DVDs include 6 parable films and 6 application videos for 12 complete lessons. Parables included: Hidden Treasure, Samaritan, The Shrewd Manager, The Widow & Judge, The Sower, and Prodigal Sons.

The DVDs also include 6 director's commentaries that can be used with material in the Teacher's Guide to teach 6 additional lessons on Cinematic Theology.

The Audio Prep CD includes 12 overview tracks (5 minutes each) that review each lesson before teaching the class.

The wire-bound Teacher's Guide includes two introductory chapters on the parables, twelve detailed teacher's notes for teaching each class, and six lessons on Cinematic Theology. The Teacher's Guide is the complete guidebook for how to teach the class. (108p.)

The Student Book includes twelve in-depth chapters on the parables. Almost all of the in-depth biblical study materials are included in the Student Book. The reasoning behind this is that once students have their interest piqued by the parable film, they will have a new interest as well as context for reading more about the parable. (208p.)

The entire study has been designed by a teacher for teachers. It has a "modular" design to it so that you can teach some of the lessons or all of them. The DVD box set provides a complete class with all the necessary teaching materials. All you need is a DVD player, a TV and students.
