Published by Bellerophon in conjunction with the Metropolitan Museum of Art, this is a model of the actual artifact now in the museum in New York City. It dates from about 550 BC, just before the Etruscan kings were overthrown and banished by the Romans. The pieces are pre-printed, in color. This is a large model: The wheels are approx. 9" high and the chariot pole is over 12" long. Younger children will need help to assemble. Rubber cement or glue required. 24 pages on cardstock.
